About the Author
Jarka La'clavik's artistic journey began in childhood, where she spent countless hours creating stories, singing, and entertaining family and friends. One of her favourite childhood pastimes was imitating the voice of a cute teddy bear.
A playful talent that stayed with her throughout her life and would later inspire her work as a voice artist.
Her love of music led her to study Classical Singing and perform as a soprano. Over the years, she expanded her creative work into voice acting, where she discovered a special gift for character voices and narration.
As a voiceover artist, Jarka brings many of her characters to life through both speaking and singing. She is the voice behind Toddly, using a gentle toddler voice inspired by the playful character voices she enjoyed creating as a child.
Inspired by her love of nature, animals, music, and imagination, Jarka has written musical scripts.
Her works include the popular Toddly & Toddlybear series as well as Wolf's Confession, a unique fairytale that offers a compassionate and thought-provoking retelling of the classic Red Riding Hood story from the wolf's perspective.
What makes Jarka's work unique is the combination of storytelling and music. Her stories are often accompanied by original songs, gentle lullabies, musical eBooks, and piano books, creating an immersive experience that encourages children to read, sing, learn, and explore their creativity. Through Toddly & Toddlybear's piano books, young musicians can continue their journey with easy-to-follow piano arrangements based on the original songs and lullabies.
Jarka believes that stories have the power to spark imagination, build confidence, teach kindness, encourage understanding, and create precious family memories. Whether writing heartwarming adventures for young children, or creating meaningful fairytales /musical such as Wolf's Confession. Her mission remains the same: to create wholesome, inspiring content that helps people of all ages explore, learn, sing, dream, and see the world through kinder eyes.
